If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase of given study notes, We invite You to review our policy on refunds. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.
Conditions for Refunds
In order to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
- If the Notes were purchased within 24 Hrs, Complaint after 24 Hrs will not be considered.
- If You have made duplicate Payment for the same notes.
- If you have not received your Notes/PDF after Payment (in this case, we will send your purchase notes again free of cost after payment varification)
- If your downloaded PDF/Notes are not readable (Bad Quality)
- If your Downloaded Notes are not opening on your Device.
Refund will not be processed in these conditions
- If you don’t like notes content (Check details contents before buying)
We reserve the right to refuse the refund of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
